The Government of Finland invites applications for a network
operating licence in the digital broadband mobile communications
network for 2000 MHz frequencies within the frequency range of 2010–
2025 MHz. The invitation is issued in accordance with section 5 of
Finland’s Communications Market Act (393/2003).
Licence applications, including appendices, must be submitted to
the Registry of the Ministry of Transport and Communications,
Yliopistonkatu 5, Helsinki (PO Box 31, FI-00023 Government). The
deadline for applications was Monday, 15 April 2010, at 12 o’clock
midday.
