Board of Directors and CEO for the state company for air navigation services

Finland's air traffic control, aerodrome and approach control services will in future be the responsibility of Air Navigation Services Finland Oy. On 17 March 2017 a Board of Directors and CEO were appointed for the company, which is set to start providing air navigation services as from 1 April 2017.

The Board of Directors of Air Navigation Services Finland Oy will be chaired by Kimmo Mäki from Port of Helsinki Oy. Members of the Board will be Senior Vice President Asta Sihvonen-Punkka from Fingrid Oy and Director-General Teemu Penttilä from the Ministry of Defence. The Board's term of office will begin on 17 March 2017.

Director of Air Navigation Services Raine Luojus will serve as CEO of the company.
