Minister Berner speaks at seminars in connection with the state visit of Norway

Ms Anne Berner, Minister of Transport and Communications, will take part in several events related to the state visit of the King and Queen of Norway and the Norwegian business delegation. Minister Berner will also have a bilateral meeting with Ms Monika Maeland, Minister of Trade and Industry of Norway.

Minister Berner will speak at a Finnish-Norwegian business seminar that focuses on digitalisation, game industry and health technology, for example. She will give a speech at Game On!, an event discussing the game industry, which will also be attended by the King and Queen of Norway and the President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö.

Minister Berner emphasises that promoting digitalisation is one of the key goals of the Finnish Government.

"In order to achieve this goal, we have decided to create favourable conditions for the digitalisation of businesses. We want to make Finland an attractive country for the development of new digital services and business models," Ms Berner says.

She will also participate in a round table discussion of the business sector that will be held at Kalastajatorppa in connection with the state visit. The emphasis of the discussion will be on business sector views about long-term development of the arctic and Nordic regions.
