Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communications Minna Kivimäki will participate in the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) World Congress in Los Angeles on 18-22 September 2022.

Permanent Secretary Kivimäki will speak at a panel discussion on road safety on Tuesday 20 September. The panel will explore how safe systems and intelligent transportation innovations can promote the safety of the whole global community.

During the visit, Minna Kivimäki will meet representatives of the port of Los Angeles and the Mayor's Office and participate in a networking event at the residence of Finland's Consul General.
